The NEMA FR4 Glass Epoxy Sheet is a woven fiberglass-reinforced epoxy laminate, widely recognized as the industry standard for high-performance insulation. The epoxy resin matrix ensures superior mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability, even in demanding environments.

FR4 is flame-retardant (UL94 V-0 rated), offering enhanced safety over non-FR epoxy grades like G10. With its low water absorption and consistent dielectric properties, FR4 performs reliably under both dry and humid conditions.
